By accessing the website, purchasing products, or using medical card facilitation services, you agree to these Terms governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, including the Thai Traditional Medicine Wisdom Protection and Promotion Act B.E. 2542 (1999), Narcotics Act, and ministerial notifications on controlled herbs.

This website operates strictly as a digital catalog and reservation system for B2B partners and registered patients. It does not function as an automated e-commerce store for instant public sales. The functionality provided is for product identification, stock visibility, and order reservation only. No binding sales contract is formed via the website interface alone.

3. Order Reservation and Verification | การจองและการตรวจสอบคำสั่งซื้อ
The submission of an order via the website constitutes an “Offer to Purchase” subject to manual verification by 300 Genetics staff.
Verification: We reserve the right to demand proof of ID (Age 20+) or a valid Business License before processing any transaction.
Confirmation: A transaction is considered legally “completed” only after our staff has verified your eligibility and issued a formal Invoice/Payment Confirmation.
Rejection: Any order placed by individuals strictly prohibited under Thai law (minors, pregnant women) will be immediately cancelled without notice.

4. Eligibility and Compliance | คุณสมบัติและการปฏิบัติตาม
Users must be at least 20 years old, not pregnant or breastfeeding, and comply with all Thai cannabis regulations. For B2B/wholesale: You must hold a valid license under Section 46 of the Thai Traditional Medicine Act for selling/processing controlled herbs, issued by the Ministry of Public Health. Verification is mandatory. Falsification leads to order cancellation, account termination, and legal action.
ผู้ใช้งานต้องมีอายุ 20 ปีขึ้นไป ไม่ตั้งครรภ์หรืออยู่ในช่วงให้นมบุตร และต้องปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบเกี่ยวกับกัญชาของไทยทุกประการ สำหรับลูกค้า B2B/ค้าส่ง: ท่านต้องถือใบอนุญาตที่ถูกต้องตามมาตรา 46 แห่งพ.ร.บ.คุ้มครองและส่งเสริมภูมิปัญญาการแพทย์แผนไทย เพื่อจำหน่ายหรือแปรรูปสมุนไพรควบคุม ซึ่งออกโดยกระทรวงสาธารณสุข ทางเรามีมาตรการตรวจสอบอย่างเคร่งครัด การปลอมแปลงเอกสารจะนำไปสู่การยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อ การระงับบัญชี และการดำเนินคดีตามกฎหมาย
5. Medical Cannabis Services | บริการกัญชาทางการแพทย์
300 Genetics facilitates telemedicine connections to licensed Thai practitioners. The issuance of medical certificates is at the physician’s sole discretion. Payment covers the consultation service only; no outcome is guaranteed. Certificates authorize possession for personal medical treatment (up to 30 days supply) and do not authorize public consumption.
300 Genetics ทำหน้าที่เป็นตัวกลางเชื่อมต่อบริการโทรเวชกรรม (Telemedicine) กับแพทย์แผนไทยที่มีใบอนุญาต การออกใบรับรองแพทย์ขึ้นอยู่กับดุลยพินิจของแพทย์แต่เพียงผู้เดียว ค่าบริการครอบคลุมเฉพาะการให้คำปรึกษา ไม่การันตีผลลัพธ์ ใบรับรองแพทย์อนุญาตให้ครอบครองเพื่อการรักษาโรคส่วนบุคคล (ปริมาณไม่เกิน 30 วัน) และไม่อนุญาตให้ใช้ในที่สาธารณะ
6. Wholesale and B2B Supply | การจัดหาแบบค้าส่งและ B2B
Supply is limited to licensed dispensaries/clinics with verified licenses. Buyers agree to resell strictly in accordance with the law (requiring prescriptions/ID checks), prohibiting sales to individuals under 20, pregnant/breastfeeding women, or students. A binding contract is formed only upon the signing of a Supply Agreement.
การจัดจำหน่ายจำกัดเฉพาะร้านขายยาหรือคลินิกที่มีใบอนุญาตถูกต้องและผ่านการตรวจสอบแล้วเท่านั้น ผู้ซื้อตกลงที่จะจำหน่ายต่อโดยปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายอย่างเคร่งครัด (เช่น การตรวจบัตรประชาชน/ใบสั่งยา) ห้ามจำหน่ายแก่บุคคลอายุต่ำกว่า 20 ปี หญิงตั้งครรภ์/ให้นมบุตร หรือนักเรียน สัญญาซื้อขายจะมีผลผูกพันเมื่อมีการลงนามในข้อตกลงการจัดหา (Supply Agreement) เท่านั้น
7. Payments and Shipping | การชำระเงินและการจัดส่ง
Payments via secure approved gateways only; all transactions in THB. Shipping for B2B is restricted to verified addresses within Thailand. Buyers bear risk of loss post-delivery. No international shipping or export without specific export licenses.

8. Returns and Refunds | การคืนสินค้าและเงิน
Medical services are non-refundable once the consultation has commenced. Products: No returns are accepted unless the product is proven defective or non-compliant upon delivery (claims must be verified within 48 hours).

300 Genetics is not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including changes in regulations, natural disasters, or acts of God.

12. Governing Law | กฎหมายที่บังคับใช้
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
ข้อกำหนดเหล่านี้อยู่ภายใต้บังคับของกฎหมายแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย ข้อพิพาทใดๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นจะอยู่ภายใต้เขตอำนาจศาลของไทยแต่เพียงผู้เดียว
